FutureBright Dark Spot Vitamin C Serum

We use 10% THD Ascorbate in this formula for efficacy without irritation. THD Ascorbate is an oil-soluble form of vitamin C, which means it can better penetrate the skin and be effective at lower concentrations. At the same concentrations of L-Ascorbic Acid, THD Ascorbate can be three times more penetrating.(1)

We recommend using it in your morning routine (after cleansing and toning or exfoliating) for its antioxidant benefits. If you have oilier skin, you may not need to follow it up with a moisturizer!

Consistency is key when it comes to targeting hyperpigmentation, so we recommend daily use, up to twice a day. (And yes, you can use it at night as well!)

FutureBright is gentle enough to be layered with any other ROSE MD products. However, we recommend patch testing before layering it with high-concentration retinoids or chemical exfoliants to monitor your skin’s response. We always recommend starting one active product at a time and letting your skin adjust before adding something new to your regimen.

While it depends on your skin and skin concerns, most users report seeing brighter skin in 4 weeks, while visible improvement to the look of hyperpigmentation may be seen in 6 to 8 weeks. Hyperpigmentation can be difficult to treat, especially in darker skin tones. Consistency is key.

The high concentration of Vitamin C in FutureBright Serum's formula means a subtle color variation may naturally occur over time. This is normal and does not impact the performance or safety of this serum.
