Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Email us at hello@rosemdskin.com, and we'll help you with the return or exchange. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirming receipt of product(s) as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to see your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is taking longer than 7 to 10 business days, please contact us at hello@rosemdskin.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced products may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at hello@rosemdskin.com.

Gifts

Any returned item that was marked as a gift and shipped initially directly to you. You will receive a credit for the value of your return. 

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs for the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning a product: consider using a service that can track your package or consider purchasing insurance for the product you are returning.
