The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and broader marketing function for ROSE Ingleton MD, including specific retailer strategies and assortment plans, sell-out forecasting and budget planning, and national consumer omni-channel activations. A specific focus on digital marketing (including marketing automation campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and the ability to make informed marketing decisions using sales and online data analytics), trade marketing, social media, search, and influencer strategies is required.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer in the luxury beauty sector, and highly entrepreneurial with demonstrative results. Experience in working with DTC brands and launches, CRM strategies, as well as major retailers such as Sephora is preferred. Extremely detail oriented, organized, and thrives with minimal supervision are qualities that the role requires. Reports directly to the CEO/Founder and will work closely with the Creative Director, Director of Operations and Advisory Board, as well as a cadre of consultants and contractors. 

The role is based in New York City and is a full time, salaried position. Currently, the ROSE Ingleton MD team is working remotely. The Director of Marketing will be an early employee at ROSE Ingleton MD and critical to the growth of the brand. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
