Product

A booster serum is a highly concentrated skincare product that you apply after cleansing and before moisturizing to deeply penetrate the skin and deliver a potent dose of active ingredients. It acts as a targeted treatment to address your specific concern, like anti-aging, blemishes, dullness, redness or hydration.

All boosters can be used twice a day (morning and night), except for the Retexturizing Booster, which is for nighttime only.

Because each of our boosters is ultra potent and designed to target a specific concern, we recommend applying only one at a time. However, it’s completely fine to apply one booster in the morning and a different one at night.

After cleansing, apply 3-4 drops to skin, then follow with our Signature Moisturizer. Repeat morning and night, alternating between different booster formulas depending on your skin’s needs.

Each product is infused with our signature Jamaican SuperFruit Blend, featuring potent fruit extracts and hyaluronic acid. We never use parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, synthetic dyes, fragrance, sulfates, or formaldehyde releasers.

Yes, all products are safe to use during pregnancy except for the Retexturizing Booster, which contains retinol.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Email us at hello@rosemdskin.com, and we'll help you with the return or exchange. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping costs for the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirming receipt of product(s) as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to see your refund.

Only regular priced products may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items will not be refunded.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at hello@rosemdskin.com.

Any returned item that was marked as a gift and shipped initially directly to you may be returned. You will receive a credit for the value of your return.
